“Me and my family stay here Sep 2024, I would not recommend a stay at owl nook the cleanliness was a zero you could tell that the lodge had not been deep cleaned for sometime, there was cobwebs on the ceiling and mould around the shower base.”

The waste system was smelling the whole lodge out to the point we were going to reception to use the bathroom. The outside seating are was full of leaves that you could tell had not been moved for sometime. There wasn’t enough crockery or seating for 7 people inside or outside. The sofa was so uncomfortable and not even the one on the advertisement. There was no information on arrival at the lodge and the contact numbers given did not work. When complaining I was unable to get through to anyone and the resort they were not able to help due to the lodge being private. I would not stay here again.
